On 6 November 2026, the High Commission welcomed Hon. Kaspar Mmuya, Deputy Minister for Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, and Hon. James Kinyasi Millya, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, to the construction site of its 22-storey commercial development in Nairobi. They were accompanied by Mr. Charles Ngeleja Kadonya, Permanent Secretary for East African Cooperation.

During the visit, Hon. Mmuya called for Tanzaniaโ€™s diplomatic missions to put government-owned properties abroad to work by attracting investment, generating revenue and opening new avenues for trade. The Nairobi project puts President Samia Suluhu Hassanโ€™s vision for economic diplomacy into practice and creates new opportunities for commercial cooperation between Tanzania and Kenya.
